It’s that time of year again! Get all of your blue décor ready to be displayed during the month of June as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the North Carolina Blueberry Festival!
The Town of Burgaw Beautification Committee encourage residents and business owners to display all things blue in their yards and store fronts during the month of June – blue bows, lights, flags and more!
Let’s see who can be most blue! Register your decorated home or business in our “Turn Our Town Blue” Contest for a chance to win a gift basket full of festival themed goodies, Town of Burgaw swag, gift cards, coupons and more! Register online at burgawnc.gov/blue - Registration closes at 12 noon on June 14th. One winner from the residence category and one winner from the business category will be announced during the concert on Thursday, June 15th at the Courthouse Square.
Don’t have anything blue? No worries! The Beautification Committee will be selling beautiful blueberry bows beginning May 15th for $20 each. Bows can be purchased at Town Hall, located at 109 North Walker Street, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
