HOW TO APPLY

• Complete the Autumn Fest Application HERE
• A 3% convenience fee will automatically be applied to your payment
• Registration will begin in the month of May. You will receive confirmation via email.

VENDOR INFORMATION

• Non-Profits: Please contact Burgaw Parks, Recreation and Tourism at 910-300-6401 before registering.
• Food Trucks: Please contact Burgaw Parks, Recreation and Tourism at 910-300-6401 before registering. 
• All other vendors: Please register HERE. All vendors will be charged a $60 vendor fee.
• Autumn Fest will be held by all means possible, unless an Act of God situation persists.
• All vendors will be provided a 10x10 booth space.
• No electrical hookups or water access will be provided. No generators are permitted. 
• No vehicles of any type are permitted on the grounds of Pender County Courthouse Square.
• All vendors must remain set up between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
• Booth assignments and check in information will be sent to all registered vendors one month prior to Autumn Fest.
• Only one booth per political party will be accepted. Individual candidates must work through their party to distribute campaign information.
• NO REFUNDS will be given to vendors after one month prior to Autumn Fest, unless the event must be cancelled.
