Burgaw Community House

The beautifully renovated Burgaw Community House is the perfect location for your next family reunion, birthday party, meeting, etc. The Community House accommodates up to 50 guests seating, 100 standing.

Reservation Requests

All  reservations for the use of the facility shall be made online or in house. Requests should be made at least seven business days before the event. Town functions will take priority. Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis. The reservation is not confirmed until all fees have been paid and online application completed.

Limited Special Occasion Permit:

A one time limited special occasion permit will be required for all applicants who wish to have alcoholic beverages during their event. Applications must be submitted/approved by the ABC commission and Town of Burgaw Staff. Please follow the link attached to direct to the  ABC Commission Webpage 

Rental Fees 

Please Note: There will be a 3% service fee for all facility rental payments made by credit card. Effective July 1, 2020, the Town of Burgaw has issued a new fee schedule for all rental facilities. Contact the Parks & Recreation Department for more details.
